This is the second bail application of the applicants, this Court vide order dated 27.11.2024, passed in MCRC No. 5367 of 2024 and 5638 of 2024 the first bail applications have been dismissed as withdrawn after argument for some time and a liberty was also granted to the applicants while dismissing the said bail applications that they may revive their prayer for grant of bail 2 after examination of the two prosecution witness namely- Pappu @ Heeralal and Pukhraj. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that though the aforesaid two witnesses have not yet been examined but looking to the detention period and delay in trial, they have filed this second bail application and it is prayed that they may be enlarge on bail. 3. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes the bail application. 4. Considering the submission made by the parties particularly considering the fact that in the order dated 27.11.2024, a liberty was granted to the applicants to repeat their bail application after examination of two prosecution witnesses namely- Pappu @ Heeralal and Pukhraj but as per their own submissions these two witnesses have not yet examined therefore, I am not inclined to admit this second bail application of the applicants. 5. Accordingly, the present second bail application of the applicants is dismissed at the motion hearing stage.
