By the present writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the order dated 19/11/2024 passed by the Additional Collector, District: Balrampur-Ramanujganj, C.G., by which, the application for inclusion of the present petitioner’s name in the voter list of Ward No.9 of Gram Panchayat Injani, Tehsil Wadrafnagar, C.G. has been rejected. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that presently an amended notification has issued by the State Election Commission on 27/12/2024 for correction/addition of name in the voter list by providing a detail time table, hence, the petitioner wish to approach the appropriate authority again under the amended programme of the Election Commission dated 3 / 3 27/12/2024. 3. Learned counsel for the State/respondent has no objection to the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Having considered the limited prayer made by the petitioner, which is not opposed by the State counsel, this petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority as per the amended schedule prescribed by the State Election Commission dated 27/12/2024. 5.
