The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 for grant of regular bail as he has been arrested on 23-12-2023 in connection with Crime No. 487 of 2023 registered at Police Station – Amanaka, District Raipur (CG) for alleged commission of offences under Sections 363, 366, 376, 376 (2)(N) of 2 IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. First bail application of the application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh after material witnesses are examined by the prosecution. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the trial has come to a logical end and now the case is fixed on 19-2-2025 for recording the statement of the accused under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. 3. Considering the aforesaid submission, this Court is not inclined to grant bail application, at this stage. Accordingly, the instant MCRC No.8821 of 2024 is disposed of. However, it is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the case while disposing of the case.
