She claimed medical reimbursement from the State of Uttarakhand which was not paid to her. Therefore, writ petition. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Learned State counsel was required to get instructions. Learned State counsel would submit that process of reimbursement is underway. He gives a statement that within four weeks, the reimbursement shall be made. The Court takes not record the statement given by learned State counsel. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to make payment of admissible reimbursement dues to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.
