Heard Mr.Sakti Raj Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr.Shashank Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General for respondent No.1 and Mr.Harshal Chauhan, learned counsel for respondent No.2. 2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with following reliefs:- “10.1 Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to decide/consider the representations of the Petitioner dated 16.10.2024, 28.10.2024, 07.11.2024 and 07.11.2024 produced as annexure / 2, 3, 4 & 5. 10.2 Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to delete the condition as mentioned in the Bid / Tender i.e. Annexure P-1 and grant opportunity to the genuine MSME Registered Manufacturing unit i.e. Petitioner. 10.3 Issue a writ in the nature of the mandamus to direct the respondents to amend the condition of the Bid and refloat the Bid duly amended as desired for the benefit of genuine MSME Registered Manufacturing Unit i.e. Petitioner. 3 10.4 Issue a writ in the nature of the mandamus to direct the respondents to cancel The Supply Orders in case placed on the Bidders.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, prays for adjournment on the ground that some outside counsel will argue this matter. 4. Mr.Harshal Chauhan, learned counsel who appears on behalf of respondent No.2 and has filed the return states that the matter has become infructuous as the work order has already been issued on 20.11.2024 and the petitioner has not participated in the Bid. 5.
