Furthermore, they are committed to carrying out the Phodi and Durasti work as sought by the petitioner in their application dated 18.06.2024. The Authorities have acknowledged the petitioner's request and assured that the required procedures will be completed in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations. 3. Recording his assurance, this Court proceeds to pass the following; ORDER (i) The writ petition is allowed.
