PILLIX LAW FIRM Counsel for the Respondent/complainant(S): 1.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following Order: The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the BNSS, is filed on behalf of the petitioners herein/Accused Nos.2 and 3 to grant anticipatory bail in connection with crime No.19 of 2025 of Suryaraopet Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Section 118(2) read with 3(5) of the BNS. a 2 2. Brief facts of the case are that on 02.02.2025, at Geethamandiram Road, Seetharampuram, Vijayawada, Al beat Raju with stick while A2 and A3 instigated him to beat RaJ-u Severely and his ribs and beat him with hands and the abdomen. Resulting which, Raju suffered severe injury on his stomach. 3. Heard. Perused the record. 4. Learn-ed counsel for the petitioners submits that the report is lodged by the wife of the injured person and it seems that she has no knowledge a`bout the incident in question. 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners on the ground that the investigation is not yet completed. He further submits that the statement of the victim is also recorded and he also stated that Al caused injury on his stomach. 6. A perusal of the material on record shows that no specific attributions have been made against the petitioners herein, except stating that at .the active instigation of the petitioners herein, AI committed the said act. lt is submitted by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that the victim in the present crime was discharged from the hospital and there is no danger to his life and the petitioners herein have no previous crime record. lt is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners herein have permanent abode and there is n.o possibility of their fleeing away from the Jurisdiction of the Court. t T | S/ 3 7. Since there are no specific accusations have been made against the petitioners herein specifying the role played by them in the commission of offence, this court is inclined {o grant anticiPatory bail to .the petitioners herein, on the following conditions. (i) The petitioners herein are directed tO Surrender before the station House Officer concerned, within a period Of One Week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such surrender, the petitioners herein are ordered to be enlarged on bail on their executing a personal bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) each with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the station House Officer concerned. (ii) on release, the petitioners Shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a Week i.e., On every Sunday between 10.00 AM and 01.00 PM., for a period of two (2) months.
