The petitioners in this petition have sought directions to the respondents to exempt the petitioners from appearing in the written screening test for the post of Lecturers/Teaching Assistants on Academic Arrangement basis, in reference to Advertisement Notice dated 26.06.2014 and engage the petitioners as Lecturers/Teaching Assistants on the basis of their respective merit and eligibility and without subjecting them to written screening test. Since the Advertisement was issued for the Academic Arrangement, for the Session 2014-15, as such, the petition has been rendered infructuous.
