The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that bail was granted on 11.12.2024 to the petitioner but he is still languishing in jail, since he is unable to produce two sureties for a sum of Rs.25,000/- and that he has no close relative to offer him surety. 3. Heard both the parties. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is still languishing in jail; that he is unable to comply with the conditions passed by the trial Court vide https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 11116 of 2025 order dated 11.12.2024, this Court is inclined to modify the conditions as follows: “The petitioner/accused is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- along with two sureties each for a like sum, to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate.” 5.
