ORDER:
The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following main prayer:
“to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent in not allowing the petitioner to work as Gopal Mithra of Mathukumilli Village, Savalyapuram, Guntur District, without following the procedure contemplated under Circular Memo Roc.No.3823/T6/2015, dated 21.9.2015, as illegal, arbitrary and to pass….”

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court granted interim orders on 15.09.2017 and consequent to the same the petitioner is continuing in the service. He prays to dispose of the present writ petition by making the interim orders as absolute. 3. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for Services– II fairly admits that in compliance with the interim orders granted by this Court, the petitioner is continuing in service. 4. Considering the submissions made by both the counsels, the writ petition is disposed of by making the interim order granted by this Court dated 15.09.2017 as absolute. However, this order does not preclude the respondent authorities to initiate action against the petitioner, if any irregularities are committed by him. 4
