Petitioners have been made an accused in connection with Pakuria P.S. Case No. 52 of 2024 registered under sections 326(g)/115(2)/ 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, pending in the court of Shri V.K. Das, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class at Pakur.
