Further, the learned Counsel for the appellant – Insurance Company prays that the amount if any, deposited before this Court may be transferred to the Claims Tribunal.
3. In view of the Memo, the appellant – Insurance Company is permitted to withdraw the above appeal. The said memo is placed on record.
