Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. Mr. S.C. Dumka, learned AGA for the State. 3. Mr. Siddartha Bankoti, learned counsel put in appearance of behalf of respondent no.3 and seeks time to file his vakalatnama. He may do so during the course of the day. 4. By means of this writ petition, petitioners has challenged the FIR No.0012 of 2025 dated 21.01.2025, under Sections 109, 115(2), 118(1), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 351(2) & 352 of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023, registered with Police Station Khanpur, District Haridwar qua the petitioners and other ancillary reliefs. 5. Since admittedly both the petitioners are minor, therefore, in the opinion of this Court, there is no threat perception or apprehension of their being arrested by the police. In case of arrest, petitioners are liable to be produced before the Juvenile Justice Board, where they will be dealt with the provisions of Section 12 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. 6. Thus, there is no scope to interfere in the present matter. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed in limine. 7. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
