Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sisai P.S. Case No. 64 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 302/201/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gumla. 3. On 09.06.1013 at 10.00 a.m., dead body of an unknown person was recovered from a well near check dam at Paras River. During the course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended and on his pointing out, incriminating articles were recovered. 4.
