In terms of order dated 18.08.2026, compliance affidavit has been filed under the signatures of Superintendent of Police, Kangra at Dharamshala, perusal whereof reveals that Police Department, after having processed 194 bills submitted by the petitioner, has made payment to the tune of Rs. 1, 31,670/- and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly same are closed. However, having taken note of the fact that bills qua which afore payment has been made were submitted way back in the years 2019 to 2023 and petitioner was
