The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:- “It is, therefore, prayed that this writ petition may kindly be accepted and allowed and by an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents may be directed to issue NOC for B.Sc. By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking directions against the respondents to grant NOC for running B.Sc. Nursing Course and GNM Course for the session 2025-26. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid application was submitted by the petitioner for grant of NOC and all desired formalities, in this regard, have already been completed by the petitioner, but without any justified reason, the application submitted by the petitioner has not been decided, hence, appropriate directions be issued to the authorities concerned to decide the said application submitted by the petitioner, expeditiously within a time frame. 4. Considering the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with directions to the respondents to decide the said application (pending, if any) submitted by the petitioner, expeditiously as early as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5. Stay application as well as all applications (pending, if any) also stand disposed of. 6. Before parting with this order, it is made clear that this Court has not issued any direction/order to the respondents to decide the application of the petitioner in a particular way. They would be at liberty to decide the same strictly in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order. (ANOOP KUMAR DHAND),J Karan/58
