It is not denied by learned counsel for the 2"^^ respondent - Andhra Pradesh Information Commission that there are as many as 22 toilets in the office of A.P.I.C. We feel that there is sufficient provision for the toilets and the \ Government may not be under anymore obligation to make any further 2 HCJ a RC, J W.P.(PIL) No: 80 of 2025 provisions for the toilets. It shall, however, be open to the head of the institution to take appropriate steps to ensure that such conveniences are made available to the public in large instead of reserving the same exclusively for a handful of officers.
