4. This MCC has been filed seeking restoration of Second Appeal No.263/2005, which was dismissed for want of prosecution by order of this Court dated 29.01.2019.
5. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Second Appeal No.263/2005 is restored to its original number for its hearing and disposal in accordance with law.
