The petitioner has preferred this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.329/2025 registered at Police Station Ghatoli, District-Jhalawar for offences under Sections 8, 21, 25 and 29 of NDPS Act. 2. He further submitted that the recovered contraband is 200 gram of smack, which is below the commercial quantity. Petitioner is behind the bars since 29.08.2025 without any criminal past. The trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner in further custody, hence, the bail application of the petitioner may be allowed.
