He prays that Ext.P2 application filed by him for replacement of vehicle be considered and disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2. The learned Government Pleader submits that the application filed by the petitioner is defective as the petitioner has not paid the necessary fee on the application. It is also submitted that the documents in support of the application have also not been produced by the petitioner. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of directing that if the petitioner pays the necessary fee on Ext.P2 application and also produces the necessary documents in support of the application within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, the application shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with the law by the 2nd respondent within a period of two months WP(C) NO. 10298 OF 2025 3 2025:KER:26043 from the date on which the petitioner pays the fee and produces the documents.
