ORDER
“Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. The petitioner is a government teacher. The investigation is not yet completed. The petitioner need not appear before the Station House Officer, but she shall cooperate with the further investigation. With the above condition, the condition stipulated in paragraph No.8 of the Order passed by the learned Single Judge In CrI.P. No. 2259 of 2025, dated 27.03.2025, directing the petitioner No.2 to appear before the Station House Officer concerned once a week, i.e., every Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., is relaxed. Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is ordered.
