Considering the submission that the trial Court has been refusing to accept the 20% deposit on the ground that the two- month period had lapsed by the date of issuance of the order, it is made clear that the two-month will commence from the date of the receipt of the order of the Court. Heard. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, these interlocutory applications in Crl.P.Nos.5438, 5448, 5452 and 5454 of 2025 are allowed.
