In the circumstances, the D.P.S.C., Birbhum shall obtain the medical opinion regarding the petitioner from the CMOH, Birbhum and forward the same along with its comments to the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E. Upon receipt of the medical opinion of the petitioner and if satisfied, the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E. shall take an appropriate decision thereon, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order. 2 With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA 26600 of 2024 stands disposed of.
