Case No. 135 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 385, 387, 427, 435 and 379 of the I.P.C. and Section 25(1-B)(a), 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of Sri Rohit Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ramgarh. 3. In the midnight of 21.05.2024, two persons belonging to T.P.C. Naxal Organization, came to the worksite of the informant and asked him to tell the name of the owner of the payloader parked and asked him to stop their work and remove the payloader from there. In order to create panic, they also opened fire, but nobody was injured. Miscreants also set ablaze the payloader which was standing there. 4. Mr. Pratik Sen, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused Samrit Ganjhu. It was finally submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2024. 5. Mr. Shailesh Kr Sinha, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is an accused in two other cases. 6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material against the petitioner on the record, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rohit Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ramgarh in connection with Patratu (Bhurkunda) P.S.
