1. The petitioner is arraigned as Accused No.1 in Spl.S.C. No. 134 of 2023 on the file of the Court of the Special Sessions Judge for Trial of POCSO Act Cases, Anantapuram, for the alleged offences Sections 344, 376, 323, 506, 313 of the Indian Penal Code under 1860 [for short ‘I.P.C,’] and Sections 5 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2005 [for short ‘POCSO Act’]. 2. The 2'"'^ respondent is the mother of a minor girl child and it is alleged that the 2""^ respondent’s daughter was sent to the house of the petitioner as a domestic help. It is alleged that the petitioner and his wife promised to take care of the 2"^^ respondent’s daughter and also educate her. It is alleged in the complaint that the petitioner has exploited the minor girl physically by threatening her and also impregnented her. It is alleged that the petitioner got the minor victim aborted. It is further alleged that the 2"^ respondent’s minor daughter was subjected to severe mental and physical harassment. 3. A complaint is lodged and the police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet by recording the statements of as many as 19 witnesses. 4.
