The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 22260 of 2024, (State Vs. Amit Sharma and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 132 of 2024, under Sections 351, 115(2), 109, 131 of B.N.S. (under Sections 506, 323, 307, 352 of I.P.C.) Police Station- Meerapur, District- Muzaffarnagar, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 16.11.2024 pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division)/ F.T.C. Court No. 2, Muzaffarnagar. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
