CORAM : PRAVIN S. PATIL, J. DATE : 09-09-2026. 1. By this application, the applicants are seeking the condonation of 234 days caused in filing the present appeal. 2. The learned counsel for the applicants states that he has given the reasons for condonation of delay in the application. 3. The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.3- Insurance Company has strongly opposed the present application. According to her, the reasons given by the applicants do not come under the purview of sufficient cause and, therefore, for the reasons stated in the application, the application cannot be allowed. She further stated that if the delay is condoned, then heavy cost may be imposed against the present applicants. 4. After considering the objection of respondent no.3 to condone the delay, I have gone through the averments made in the application. After going through the application, I am satisfied that there are sufficient reasons stated in the application. Hence, the application is allowed. The office is directed to register the appeal.
