The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. As per F.I.R., 51 liters of country-made liquor and 90.9 liters of Nepali liquor were recovered from the house of this petitioner. 4. Trial Court report reveals that charge has been framed in this case on 24.07.2025, but till date not a single witness has been examined on behalf of prosecution.
