This Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for the entire records in respect of decision taken by the Government for absorption of the services of the employee of the erstwhile MPSRTC who are working on deputation in different department as well as Corporation. ii. This Hon'ble Court a set-a-side the order dated 29.03.2022 passed by the Respondent Authorities be pleased to direct the Respondent authorities to 3 consider the absorption of their services in their respective departments. iii. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the State Government to grant permission for absorption of the service of the petitioner. iv. Any other relief as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court..” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the afflux of time, the petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner was retired on 30.06.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents agreed with the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner and has no objection. 4.
