2. case has been registered against the petitioner in Cr.No.253 of 2025 under Sections 329(3), 324(4), 351(2) r/w 3(5) BNS of Kanigiri Police Station. He would further submit that except in part of investigation only, the petitioner was called to the police station and at no point, the respondent-pol ice are not interfering in the civil disputes. None represented for the petitioner. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow the due process of law. No order as to costs.
