The necessary proposal has been forwarded to the Accountant General and payment including non-practising allowance will also be reflected in the pension and same will be released in due course. He further submits that because of confusion as regards date of retirement of the petitioner, the order could not be complied in time. He submits that there is no intention of disobeying the order. In the circumstances, it appears that the case falls in the category of disobedience of the order but not wilful disobedience. That being so and since the purpose of filing petition has been served to large extent, we dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to revive the prayer, if contingency so arises.
