Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on both sides directing the 3"^^ respondent not to interfere with the affairs of the Shaadi Khana function hall situated in Sy.No.140/B2 at Kothapeta area, Kurnool District, without following due process of law.
