Satyawati Devi and Ms. Darshan Sharma submits that the counsel for these applicants inadvertently missed to bring to the notice of this Court the order passed on 11.08.2023 whereby the permission/request made by these LRs/applicants to withdraw the NOC was allowed. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that para 4 of order dated 11.08.2023 may be restored in view of the above circumstances. Ordered accordingly.Application stands disposed of.
