1. Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0252 dated 10.11.2024, under Sections 115(2), 118, 351(2), 190, 191(3) of BNS (Section 118(2) of BNS added lateron), registered at Police Station Sadar Amritsar, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar. It is further prayed that arrest of the petitioner be stayed.
2. Vide order dated 01.05.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 01.05.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.
4. Learned State counsel, on instructions, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
5. In view of the above, interim order dated 01.05.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) BNSS.
6. Petition stands allowed.
