Upon perusal of the record it appears that the petitioners have already lodged an FIR against respondent nos.6, 7 and 8. The writ Court is not the proper remedy in this particular case. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the aforesaid factual aspect and prays that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to pursue their remedy before the appropriate authority.
