The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions, but the charge sheet has not been filed. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the condition imposed on the petitioner herein vide orders in Crl.P.No.5773 of 2025 dated 23.06.2025 to appear before the Station House Officer concerned, twice in a week i.e., on every Sunday and Wednesday between 10.00 A.M., and 05.00 P.M., until further orders, is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner shall make himself available to the Investigating Officer as and when required till filing of the charge sheet.
