ORDER:
1. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. The petitioners was arraigned as accused in Crime No.55 of 2025 of Bukkaraya Samudram Police Station, Ananthapuramu District, registered for the alleged offences under Sections 75(1), 126(2), 79, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, on the complaint of the 2""' respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint lodged by the 2"'' respondent is a counter blast to the complaint in Crime No.48 of 2025 against her father. The veracity of the allegations made in the complaint would come to light during the course of the investigation. At this juncture, the Court is not inclined to interfere in the investigation. Furthermore, the offences alleged against the petitioners would attract a punishment of less than seven years. Therefore, the Station House Officer, Bukkaraya Samudram Police Station, Ananthapuram District, is directed to follow the procedure contemplated under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 insofar as the petitioner is concerned, for the purpose of investigation in connection with Crime No.55 of 2025t>J’his order would \
