05/03.04.2025: In this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs.

On the last date when the matter was taken up, this Court directed the learned counsel appearing on behalf of JUVNL to seek instruction and inform this Court orally as to why the amount has not been disbursed in favor of the petitioner.
3. Today, Mr. Manish Kumar submits that the pension payment order has already been issued on 28.03.2025. He further submits that a gratuity payment
order of amount of Rs. 8,002,248/- has also been issued on the same date.
4. The respondents have also sought information from Patna office where the petitioner has joined so that the amount of G.P.F. can be disbursed to the petitioner at the earliest. He also submits that there is an allegation that the petitioner has defalcated the huge amount for which an inquiry is going on. He submits that the respondents contemplates to initiate some action against the petitioner as per law. He further submits that they want to recover same amount considering the amount of defalcation.
5. Considering the submission of the parties, I direct the respondents to pay all the admissible dues including GPF within six weeks from today.
6. Liberty is given to the respondents to recover any amount from the petitioner but such recovery will be in accordance with law after giving proper opportunity to the petitioner to represent his case. The respondents cannot unilaterally recover any amount from the petitioner without giving an

opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
8. Liberty is also reserved to the petitioner to file an appropriate application on fresh cause of action, if any.
