Cr.MP No.3441 of 2026 By way of instant application, applicant is seeking a direction for modification of the order dated 17.02.2025 wherein the applicant was directed to deposit 3% of cheque amount towards compounding fee out of which 50% was to be deposited-remitted to Himachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Shimla and remaining 50% amount with Himachal Pradesh High Court Staff Welfare Organization, Shimla in the interest of justice. 2. Perusal of the order dated 17.02.2025, which is sought to be modified by the applicant, reveals that no such direction was passed by this Court on said date. However, perusal of the judgment passed in Criminal Revision No.109 of 2025, titled Deep Ram v. Gian Chand and Another, decided on 27.03.2025 indicates that the direction was passed by another Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in paragraph 8 of the said judgment. 3. In the above backdrop, the application seeking modification of order dated 17.02.2025 is misconceived and is accordingly, dismissed, with the liberty to applicant-revisionist [Deep Ram] to move an appropriate application, if so desired, seeking modification of the judgment dated 27.03.2025 passed by another Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
