JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 3 23-01-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No. 2, Mr. Rajesh Kumar. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 504, 506, 341 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No. 2, at the outset, submits that he has instruction to make submission not to oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner as the dispute in between the petitioner and the O.P. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39182 of 2024(3) dt.23-01-2025 2/2 No. 2 has been resolved. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No. 2, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 303 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
