The order dated:31.01.2025 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Bengaluru is called into question in this Writ Petition on several grounds as setout in the Memorandum of Writ Petition. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. Suffice it to note that the Tribunal has dismissed the S.A.No.285/2022 on 31.01.2025. As against the said order an alternate remedy is available under Section 18 of the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:4673 WP No. 101666 of 2025 SARFAESI Act before the DRAT, Chennai. The Writ Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. 5. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
