Instant writ petition is preferred by petitioners with following prayer: a) Respondents be directed to give notional benefits including seniority benefits to the petitioners from the date when similarly situated persons/person lower in merit then the petitioners were given appointment in the year 2018 in pursuance to advertisement for the post of Teacher Grade III Level 2. b) Any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon’ble Court found just and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel for petitioners while referring and relying upon judgment dated 13.10.2023 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.16232/2023 titled as Kailash Chandra Charpota and Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr. submits that the controversy and the issue raised herein is already settled by a Co-ordinate Bench [2025:RJ-JP:48355] (8 of 8) [CW-18299/2025] of this Court. He further submitted that instant writ petition be disposed of in accordance with aforesaid order. 3. Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for petitioners and also material placed on record, the writ petition is disposed of in light of Kailash Chandra Charpota and Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr. (supra) passed by this Court. 4. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition filed by the petitioners is disposed of in light of order passed in case of Kailash Chandra Charpota (supra), on the basis of order dated 21.11.2017 in S.B. CWP No.21214/2017 titled as Om Prakash & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. 5. The respondents are free to examine the veracity of the submissions made in the petition and only in case, the averments made therein are found to be correct, the petitioners would be entitled for relief. 6.
