Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that in view of the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, he could comply with the order of this Court and requested to extend the time to comply with the order of this Court dated 05.08.2025 in Crl.P.No.8099 of 2025. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the order passed by this Court is a conditional Order to the effect that if the Petitioner fails to appear before the learned Appellate Court, the criminal Petition stands dismissed without recourse to the Court and would submit that necessary orders may be passed. Considering the submissions and in view of the fact that the order is a conditional order, this Court is not inclined to entertain further more extension of time.
