Since both the ABLAPLs relate to the same FIR, on the consent of the learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State, they are taken up together and are disposed of by this common order. 2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsels for the State as well as Informant. 3. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.917 of 2025 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Chatrapur, arising out of Chatrapur P.S. Case No.390 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 137(2) of BNS. 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State on instruction that as on date the accusation qua the Petitioners is under Section 137(2) of BNS, 2023. 5. Since the offence ex facie is bailable in nature, the ABLAPL is disposed of as not maintainable. 6. It shall be open for the Petitioners to renew their prayers, in the event they have been implicated commission of any non-bailable offence. (V. NARASINGH) Judge Jina
