This is a bail application U/S.483 of the BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with ST Case No.233 of 2025 arising out of Kutra PS Case No. 34 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Sundargarh for commission of offences punishable U/Ss. 140(2)/103(1)/61(2)/3(5) of BNS, on the main allegation of kidnapping the victim Binod Kumar Daruka for ransom and eliminating him by firing at his head when the ransom money was not paid. 3. Heard, Mr. Milan Kanungo, learned Sr. counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.C. Pradhan, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record. 4. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioner vis-à-vis the allegation sought to be brought against him and regard being had to the materials collected in support of the allegation against the Petitioner and there being prima facie materials against the Petitioner for kidnapping the victim for ransom and taking into account the other circumstances on record in entirety, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner, especially when the trial yet to commence. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected. 5. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of. A soft copy of this order be immediately transmitted to the learned trial Court. (G.
