By way of present application, the applicant/petitioner has prayed for revival of the execution petition. Learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of communication dated 09.09.2026, passed by the General Manager (Admin), Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Shimla-171003, which is taken on record. A perusal of the aforesaid communication reveals that two installments of Rs.2,92,105/- each have been released in favour of the petitioner. The third installment is proposed to be released in May, 2027, the fourth installment in October, 2027 and the fifth and final installment in January, 2028, subject to the continued receipt of adequate financial assistance from the State Government for payment of monthly salaries and pensions. In view of the above, the present application filed for revival of the execution petition has rendered infructuous. However, in case the respondents do not make the payment of the proposed installments as agreed in the aforesaid communication, the applicant/petitioner shall be at liberty to again file an application for revival of the execution petition.
