Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent. 3. The petitioner is placing reliance upon the sale deed dated 18.07.2024 and also the joint patta that has been issued in Patta No.106. The petitioner wanted a subdivision to be conducted and issuance of separate patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the subdivided property and hence, the petitioner submitted the application on 01.03.2025. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.
