The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the 2. petitioners are arrayed as accused in Crime No. 17 of 2025 on the file of CK Dinne Police Station, YSR Kadapa district, for alleged offences under Sections 85, 115(2), 308(2), 326(F) read with 3(5) of BNS. It is submitted that the 1^‘ petitioner is facing trial in C.C.No.532 of 2024 which is filed alleging / offence under Section 498-A. However, the 2"'* respondent has now filed another complaint alleging various offences against the petitioners. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the 1®* petitioner is said to have severely beaten the 2'^^ respondent during the discussion of the case on 03.02.2024 and that the 2'"'^ respondent was sent for medical examination and the wound certificate shows that the injuries are grievous in nature. It is submitted that the 1®' petitioner was remanded to judicial custody on 26.04.2025. As seen from the remand report, it is stated that the 1®* petitioner along with accused Nos.2 to 8 had brutally attacked the 2""* respondent and the 2"'^ respondent received injuries which were grievous in nature. That apart, it is also stated that the 1®‘ petitioner was facing trial in a case filed by the 2 respondent and the petitioner was unnecessarily interfering with the 2 respondent. 3. 4. nd nd Considering the same, the Criminal Petition is closed, leaving it open for the police to complete the investigation and file a final report/charge sheet. 5.
