Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.3.27 cents in Sy.No.263/1 of Kovalampadu Revenue Village, Chandrasekaharapuram Mandal, Prakasam District was assigned to the petitioner’s mother. After the demise of the petitioner’s mother, the petitioner has been in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject land. While things stood thus, the office staff of the 4'^ respondent at the time of uploading the land particulars in online, by mistake entered the name of the owner instead of of the land as ‘Naidu Narayanamma, W/o.Suryanarayana , W/o.Venkatanarayana @ Naraiah’. Now, the Naidu Narayanamma respondent, who is the daughter of Naidu Narayanamma, claiming that the subject land belongs to her made representation dated 18.03.2024 entries in the W/o.Suryanarayana is parents. The petitioner requesting the 4 respondent to correct the wrong action has been initiated by the records. But till date no respondents.
