1. The present civil miscellaneous petition has been filed for restoration of W.P.(C) No.3875 of 2022 which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 14th June,
2024.
2. Having heard the learned counsels for the parties and for the reasons stated in the present civil miscellaneous petition, W.P.(C) No.3875 of 2022 is restored to its original file and stage, subject to the condition that the petitioner removes the remaining defects pointed out by the office by 13th June, 2025 and pays a cost of Rs. 1,000/- in favour of Advocate’s Clerks Association Welfare Fund, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi within the said period.
3. The present civil miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
